Also really enjoyed joining the panel with Viktoria Hallberg from reMarkable and Olav Hexeberg Hovden from Ønsk/Schibsted. Big thanks to Halina for hosting it so well.

Had a lot of fun being interviewed for EY Doberman’s new magazine, A Journal On.
First issue is about Audacity. A increasingly important theme. Especially when working with money, trust, AI, payments, or anything where the safest option is often not the best one.
We talked about Vipps MobilePay, why simplicity is hard, how fast-moving teams can learn faster, and why great product experiences should feel almost too obvious when they succeed.
Had a great time speaking at the Leadership Collective in Oslo, hosted by @figma and TRY. Topic of the day: AI and blurring boundaries.
Shared some behind-the-scenes stories on leading and building in a fast-moving AI landscape, and what that looks like in practice.
If Nordic companies want to stay relevant, we need to build and learn faster together. We cannot wait for the giants to define the future for us. We should shape our own alternatives.

Today I had a lot of fun with our awesome friends at Stø AS – the team behind BankID and BankAxept.
I shared our hands-on journey from being an AI laggard to launching an AI-powered feature to millions of Norwegians in just five weeks.
It started with Cursor in this AI pilot: https://t.co/jWWsDWTyDM
5 minutes into Codex, I knew it was the right tool.
It feels natural. Like chatting with developers in Slack. Love it.
I’ve been testing the new Codex app from @OpenAI for a month as a designer.
My mind is blown.
Suddenly there are no limits. Building rich, interactive iOS prototypes across iPhone, iPad and Mac in days feels totally normal now.
“We don’t have time for AI.”
That was our reality through 2025.
Then something changed.
We went from no AI product to shipping one to millions in 5 weeks.
What made it possible:
• Start building, not discussing
• Scope hard to move fast and stay safe
• Design behavior, not just UI
• Use AI to improve AI
• Build confidence by shipping
This wasn’t about getting AI right. It was about learning fast enough to matter.
We just launched our first in-app AI experiment in @Vipps MobilePay: a simple Black Week assistant built to learn fast and explore how AI can simplify the wallet for 12M Nordic users.
From “we don’t have time for AI” to “what else can we do?”
Had a great day in Bergen sharing how Vipps MobilePay went from AI lagger to launching our first AI powered product across Norway.
Small team. Tight scope. Hard trade-offs. Shipped fast without compromising trust.
One underrated skill: asking the stupid questions experts dismiss. Great interview with James Dyson on focus, determination and naivety. https://t.co/ipCadHGNdn

A week after our first in-app AI experiment in Vipps MobilePay, we’re launching the next step: the Christmas Helper.
New:
• Add products to your Vipps wishlists
• Get suggestions for donation-based gifts
This is only the beginning as we learn how AI can simplify the wallet.
This experience has given me a clearer view of how AI will change how we build products. It opens new ways to test, ship and learn at a speed we haven’t seen before. And even better, it makes the work more fun.
We just launched our first in-app AI experiment in @Vipps MobilePay: a simple Black Week assistant built to learn fast and explore how AI can simplify the wallet for 12M Nordic users.
A personal first for me: I’ve stepped in as product lead for our new AI initiative. Working hands-on with AI has sped up my learning in ways I didn’t expect. It helps me move faster across design, product thinking and the more technical work with the team.
