Primal Athleticism is about:
1) Becoming more athletic (for anything).
2) Reconnecting with nature and other people.
3) Authentic physical expression.
4) Daily Practice (better every day mindset)
5) Fun, Flow, Meditation
Not necessarily in that order.
@dickiebush Almost!
Yes for the piece of writing itself—don’t clog it with your BS.
But, people often care a LOT about who wrote it.
Sometimes WHO said it is worth more than what was said.
Personal brand, trust, connection to individual etc.
Love your stuff!
@ZubyMusic Obesity is a mental health problem that happens to manifest physically.
Other pleasure levers like tik tok, heroin, etc just don’t leave fatty evidence.
Once a predictable strategy for pain relief/pleasure boost is ingrained…
The familiar pain is chosen over uncertainty.
@mrobin032009 Nerves likely had everything to do with it...BUT, you should never miss the target.
Pass it down the middle and you have a greater than 0% chance of scoring.
One should never miss the target on a penalty kick. #WorldCup
Missing the target completely gives you 0% chance to score.
This only happens when ambition is greater than ability.
It's a form of greed.
Singing and dancing are proven magic.
Sadly people revere professionals and judge themselves so harshly that they avoid participating in both…
Even though they are magic for brain, body, self…
5 minutes of each per day would be life altering…but most will never try.
It takes a special kind of psycho to call themself the king of a body part.
In unrelated news, I will henceforth be know as the gallbladder god.
Because I break down the fat!

Using social media after a multi-year hiatus.
Initial thoughts:
<1% use it as an almost infinite leverage tool.
>90% use it like discount heroin and act like tools.
1) Love.
2) Power. (need me)
3) Attention. (see me)
If you can't get love, you'll try to get power.
If you can't get power, you'll settle for attention.
Love hardly craves power or attention.
This is one of the greater truths I've learned about behavior and relationships.
@RafeKelley Good points.
Didn't move well. Didn't seem healthy. Didn't seem nice or wise.
Just my opinion.
Not a hater by any means, but looked like a simple freak show from the little I saw.
