@minimed I received an extension to reach my agent but your system doesn’t allow entry of extensions. I’ve now been on hold for over an hour listening to this awful country music. Is it somebody’s job to make the customer service experience as worse as possible? Who’s in charge?

@aparanoidbw@Medtronic I called all day, waited on the call list, couldn’t get through to anybody. My pump failed completely and would not power on. Absolutely no help.
@Uber_Support I need to be at the airport and driver cancelled causing 30 minute delay. The next driver that accepted was 15 minutes away from me. Unreliable. Horrible support as always.
@mustafasuleyman We don’t want AI to do what a human can do. We have humans for that. Is having a conversation impressive to you? It’s not for most people. We want to use AI as a tool to increase productivity, not to replace humans or act like a human.

@McDonalds the entire point of me coming here and ordering this was to play monopoly. I’m not convinced this exists. This is like the 3rd time I haven’t received any game pieces.
