Figured I should keep this up as a pinned tweet in case I need help affording transition-related expenses like HRT, clothes, one day even surgery maybe https://t.co/an8rEdUU63
@BenPeck12 You worked hard and honestly I don’t think anyone could have expected how strong McAdams was. I don’t think even he expected to get that big a margin. It’s rough but we just gotta keep trying to advance progressive candidates.
@nebula3lem123@purplewaves7 Reject endorsing Paden or reject accepting Blouin’s endorsement? Mainly I just wanna be more active in SLDSA so I want to know what’s going on this year
@postoctobrist I think the ending career camera pic doesn’t work for Burnham because he already looks like he’s going to burst into tears in a few minutes so a bad pic for him wouldn’t look meaningfully different
With just one week until the UT-01 primary, I thought it'd be fun to write a thread going over where everything stands right now (from a semi-insider's perspective)🧵
@purplewaves7@nebula3lem123 He’s gotta ditch the mustache but I’m excited for him to be in the Utah legislature and start calling the GOP legislators capitalist running dogs or something. It’ll be genuinely great
@zhakaron the devs do not like the Legacy of the Bretons pack DLCs in ESO, especially High Isle, and have changed/removed content dealing with that/newer DLCs.
The problem is that they’ve set their mod in an era which relies on the lore of ESO so it’s increasingly making things up.
@butleriano It also is indirectly responsible for the creation of Mormonism, as Joseph Smith’s dad invested in an industry that went down after the eruption, leading to the family moving to Palmyra, New York, iirc.
@Prolemasses I think it was 10th or 11th grade, my civics teacher showed us an anti-bank cartoon that depicted the Rothschilds as tentacle demons with red shields for heads. I didn’t know the antisemitism of that depiction of the time but I clearly remember thinking it was messed up even then
