@MarioNawfal The problem with the No compliance, No payoff is the Iranians have the Strait of Hormuz as leverage and can use it whenever it’s convenient for them. No payoff, No Hormuz. Let’s be honest, we wouldn’t be in this negotiating posture if it weren’t for the Strait.
@ChrisCuomo The MOU seems straight up quid pro quo. US gets Strait Opened and Regime gets billions$$. But 60 days from now, we could be back to pre MOU. Lets see if Iran can be a trusted adversary after they get the cash.
I can appreciate Chuck’s sentiment concerning Coach Johnson, but I respectfully dissent from his motives for doing it. Johnson is a young coach and I’m sure his players love him. But to become a great coach you must learn how to implement performance discipline. At times the Spurs looked scattered on offense. They do need a consistent outside shooter so Wemby can post up more. I have no doubt that Spurs will flourish in the future.
@RepSummerLee I know black individuals and communities that do thrive, so who is it that you're referring to? Only blacks that live in economically disadvantaged areas where quality jobs, healthcare and economic opportunity is de-minimus?
Why is it that so many people envy rich people. If we purchase items that make a person or corporation rich, then my advise to the haters is stop buying what their selling. Don't get me wrong a trillionaire status is a lot of money for one individual, but he has been providing individuals, corporations and governments with high value products and services. I would hope that anyone who holds this trillionaire status would be a generous philanthropist for those of us who do not share such status.😁
This is good news. However, there seems to be a glaring omission concerning a guarantee that is verifiable that Iran won't reconstitute its nuclear program once the dust settles. What is to prevent Iran from having nuclear weapons in the future knowing that it has leverage by blocking the Strait.
@EricLDaugh I can’t see Iran agreeing to open Strait without compensation. I believe it would be a mistake to release those frozen assets either directly or indirectly to Iran.
@overton_news I gave up on trying to figure out the strategy from the US perspective. Some folks say POTUS is a genius and 10 steps ahead of everyone. So I will just patiently wait for step 10. If step 10 is an agreement, I just hope that has some teeth to it.
The intriguing thing about AI is that it can replicate human consciousness and subsequently do a better job in implementing/executing such consciousness far above any human capacity. Some folks ask what are humans supposed to do when AI seizes the day? Well, the first order of business I would offer myself would be to get over my bruised ego. Yes, there were times when I thought highly of myself😁. Secondly, I would suggest to my renewed self establish the "Golden Rule" as my core belief - Love is a good thing, maybe its the best of things.
I have to agree with Barkley. Up 30 points and you throwing up 3s on just about every shot particularly when you have a guy 7.5. It’s a young team, however, some of the responsibility has to fall on the coaching staff. You have to manage the clock better when you’re up 30 and the opposing team is making a run.
@MichaelCollison@2AMeansFreedom@elonmusk How many white people stormed the beach heads of Normandy to sacrifice their life so you could enjoy your Freedom. Should we just lumped them in with the rest?
