I have HS and it is horribly painful and embarrassing. I break out in large cysts. My armpits are super sensitive. Hair removal of any kind, stress, perfumed soaps, hot weather, anything that might rub in my armpit, illness, all cause breakouts.

I get help from forcing myself to engage in social outings. Some exercise. Drugs. Therapy. I have major depression. Significant anxiety and PTSD. It still only helps.

@thomas_garrard I am obese. I have low thyroid. Had PCOS and a bunch of other female things. I have tendinopathy. Currently affecting my Achilles in my right foot and both elbows. Also chronic bursitis in my hips. I do an hour of exercises everyday. Just can’t get weight off. Most days 1200 cal
