@British_Airways your customer service is appalling. I paid you £522.96 for return flights in July. you cancelled the outbound leg in Sept. Only just sent a refund of less that 35% after multiple calls. Zero transparency of costing. Zero email comms. Onus totally on me to chase.

What a terrible decision by the BBC to cancel #BetweenTheCovers. In a sea of trash, this wonderful programme gave inspiration to try new genres and hear from others about the books that have brought them joy. @Sarajcox was a perfect host. Please reconsider @bbc
