Este puente inca de piedra solida es una verdadera muestra de ingeniería andina.
Cuenta con diecisiete ventanas trapezoidales por donde fluye el río Huarautambo, permitiendo que el agua siga su curso sin alterar el equilibrio natural del entorno.

Ubicada a solo 7 km de Yanahuanca, en el departamento de Pasco, esta obra forma parte del imponente Qhapaq Ñan (Gran Camino Inca) y destaca como uno de sus espacios más elegantes de descanso.

Huarautambo fue construido durante el gobierno del Inca Pachacuteq.

According to Russian researcher Dr. Galetskii of the University of St. Petersburg, CT imaging and tissue analysis of Montserrat revealed several anatomical features that differ from typical human anatomy.

The face was described as oval, with angled eye openings and an apparent absence of the external nasal septum. CT examination reportedly found no evidence of nasal cartilages or nasal bones, while the entrance to the nasal passages appeared to be covered by soft tissue in the nasal region.

Dr. Galetskii also noted a slightly open mouth, a convex forehead, and a higher positioned sella turcica. These findings were documented as part of his anatomical study of Montserrat and were presented as features that differ from humans, merit further scientific investigation and comparison with known human anatomy.
