The Louise Michel embarked 58 people this morning from an overcrowded rubber boat. All survivors including several children are treated by our medical team.

📷 The NGO ship #GeoBarents rescued 61 migrants and refugees from a small wooden boat in the central Mediterranean off Libya yesterday.

Among those rescued are 5 minors, and the ship has been assigned the port of Civitavecchia (near Rome) to disembark, @MSF_Sea said.
