I'm looking for resources on intentional rewilding - case studies, books, articles..or anyone who wants to talk about how it could be done and what it would look like. Bonus points if it involves rematriation!
@CitygirlSjg @EmbeddedPlann A conversation with an owner of a bookshop, I was looking for books on my interest at the time- main streets, he showed me a world of books on planning, which I had no idea was a thing at all.
@moshekasher He retired from tech 10 years ago, bought a bunch of urban land as investments and a 45 foot sailboat to sail the world with his mutt. He never will find happiness but he temporarily lives in Barbados chasing tail and writing anonymous opinion pieces for the nytimes.
@AbdulElSayed @streetsplanning We are in a crisis of truth, and our education system does not teach people to think critically so the lies are swallowed and regurgitated. We have no foundation, we are sinking.
@nicoleamurray Value capturing seems to be the main approach to limiting land speculation. I'm curious about putting a cap on land value to eliminate speculation altogether.
