@USAmbSL As a US citizen, I’d expect to feel safe in the embassy of my country, even when trying to renew a passport. Instead, the aggressive attitudes and poor communication of the staff make you feel like an intruder.
I expected better.
@USAmbSL pls be aware that the consular section of the embassy is a horrid experience - from the rude window staff to the arrogant security guards. Protocol and working off a script is understandable - but the lack of empathy and aggressive communication is unnecessary.

Built up Narrow streets, with no place to run/hide, packed crowds and complete idiots 'manning' elephants are all signs for a national disaster impending.
