My ggma and uncle. One of the few pictures I have of her. Her life inspires me. She was the daughter of an Adirondack scout. All her children were 'half breeds' yet she chose to love and not allow hate to infect her descendants. I try to bring honor to memory.
This guy's chickens kept getting targeted by hawks, so he started feeding local crows. Now he has an army of crows that patrols his property and chases the hawks away.
Chutou, a dog influencer with 1.5 million followers on Chinese social media, went missing only for its owner to later discover that it had reportedly been sold for just $34 in a dog meat market, leaving him devastated and in tears
My little dog Poofy brought me back into the world. I was assaulted while working and it left damage. Going back into the world was hard. But having my little 4.5 pound Poof with me, in her pouch, helped me face the world again.
When I was 12, my dad brought home a scruffy old shelter dog. He wasn't cute, wasn't energetic, and half of one ear was missing. "Nobody wanted him," my dad said. So we named him Buddy. For the next ten years, Buddy followed me everywhere. When kids at school made fun of me, he was waiting at the door when I got home. When my parents divorced and I cried myself to sleep, he.............
I’m gonna simply say this: if you are at all interested in a Stargate show with ANY of the original creators/performers involved, now is the time to say something. Otherwise it really will be the end of that chapter forever. Let them know you are THERE
Your language *Sikhs fought* is why your argument is flawed. Some Sikhs fought and some didn't. Some Sikhs are leaders of child grooming gangs, some aren't. Some Sikhs are dirt bags, some aren't. You are lumping them all into a stereotype. The other problem is the moment *all Sikhs* have special privileges to carry a weapon for self defense that other British do not. Did the Sikhs protest for the right of British people to have a weapon for self defense? They did not. They accepted that they should be allowed. If they remove that ability, they will be like all British people. Then the Sikhs and the common white Christian bloke can join together for rights for all. You can't have it both ways. But the moment you lump all Sikhs together, is the moment you lose. That allows one family (not just 1 man, it was his whole family involved) to be the face of *all* Sikhs.
@ronsterd89 dogs are especially good at getting the hard to remove food off skillets too. They will work for hours to make sure every little bit is off the stainless steel pan before I wash it.
Please learn your history. That simply is not true about Americans. But that same thing can be said about all colonizers not from British ancestry there. They, like early American settlers, bought land from the natives and set up settlements. In those settlements, they created their own houses of worship and ways of life. Many of these settlements in Britain now demand the native community to follow their tiles for the sake of diversity and multiculturalism. What happens next will be up to whether British culture is worth saving. History teaches where this leads every single time.
The UK won two world wars and Japan lost one horrifically. Yet it’s Japan that is still a culturally homogeneous, high-trust, low-crime country.
Mass immigration does more damage to your nation than being hit with a nuclear bomb.
>Her vaginal walls were punctured over 100 times.
>She lived for 23 minutes after the perpetrator left.
Entire communities have to be removed.
Tens of thousands of people should be put to death after a televised trial of their crimes.
Opossums live short, difficult lives, yet they spend their nights doing work many people never see.
Most only live about one to two years in the wild. They move through backyards, forests, roadsides, and neighborhoods after dark, searching for food while avoiding cars, dogs, predators, and harsh weather. Their lives are brief, but their role in nature is meaningful.
Opossums help clean the world around you. They eat pests, insects, carrion, and sometimes even venomous snakes. They also help reduce ticks, which can carry disease. In their quiet way, they support the balance of the places they pass through.
Still, many people fear them because of how they look or because they appear at night. But opossums are usually shy, gentle animals. When scared, they often freeze, hiss, drool, or play dead because they want to survive, not attack.
Kindness can be simple. Give them space. Do not harm them. Slow down when you see one near the road. Let them keep doing the work nature gave them.
Opossums may not live long, but they leave the world cleaner than they found it.
