One key information one of the agent did mention since no delivery agent was available at delivery center today, but the Supervisor denied any such thing. There is an #processgap which doesn't allow customer facing team to track the product. @amazonIN should to adress it. @amazon

After interaction with 4 @amazonIN customer service agents and 2 supervisors could not track the product. This was @amazon fulfilled hence they could not say it was seller's fault. After continous follow up I was told it will not be delivered on committed day. 2/3
