Have you ever asked them why the additional 6 GB data that a customer buys has an expiry date?

Have you ever asked them why their plan validity is 28 days when salary, EMI, rent, insurance, everything is counted in a month?

Have you ever asked them why cheaper plans are hidden?

Have you ever asked them why they are forcing customers to listen to their “plan expiring soon” warning without connecting the call in the backend and wasting customers' time?
