माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्रीमती @gupta_rekha जी के निर्देशों और माननीय परिवहन मंत्री @drpankajbjp जी के समन्वित प्रयासों से Uber, Ola, Rapido सहित प्रमुख ride-hailing aggregators के साथ विस्तृत बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में निम्नलिखित निर्देश दिए गए

1 - सभी ride-hailing aggregators एक महीने के भीतर ride-sharing सेवाएं दोबारा शुरू करें
2 - Aggregators द्वारा car-pooling मॉड्यूल विकसित किया जाएगा और इसके साथ ही Transport Department यह स्टडी करेगा कि car-pooling को नियमपूर्वक दिल्ली में किस प्रकार लागू किया जा सकता है
3 - Transport Department को यह भी निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि वह निजी पंजीकरण वाली EVs को बिना किसी अतिरिक्त शुल्क या लाइसेंस के aggregator platforms से कैसे जोड़ा जा सके इसकी ऊपर वे स्टडी करके कुछ समय में बताएं
4 - Ride aggregators को यह भी कहा गया है कि वे अपने ऐप में 'राइड शेयरिंग' का उपयोग करने वाले यात्री किस तरीके से एमिशन में कमी लाते हैं ये भी डिस्प्ले करें

Chaired a productive meeting with aggregators to discuss social security for gig and platform workers. A committee will be formed to address key issues and develop a comprehensive social security framework. We've set a target to onboard gig workers and aggregators to the e-Shram portal within 3 months.

Additionally, I urge all aggregators to list job vacancies on the NCS portal for better employment opportunities.

Together, we are committed to ensuring the welfare and security of our gig economy workforce.

A very bad experience today with the big basket daily ordered showing as delivered in the app and the amount was deducted but in actuality the order was not delivered.. no response from customer care after a long wait of around 1+ hrs
