@AskNYPL Hi! I’m reading @StephenKing Dark Tower series and am ready to check out book 3, The Waste Lands, but you all don’t have it. Could someone look into acquiring it? It’s odd to have other books in the series available but not the complete set. I’m using the Libby app. #NY

@InstacartHelp this is going to be my last year using you all. I paid $100 for membership and almost every time something is wrong and you all choose not to believe me. Today, I get a package of grapes that have been eaten out of. I weighed them to prove it. Empty stems too
@MurphyUSA Also, your automated answer on the phone system as well as your agents said the financial institutions decide to what you hold, when based on what you’re saying, you all choose to hold the maximum amount the financial institutions allow. It’s not like they are forcing you.
@AmericanExpress@MurphyUSA@MurphyUSAGsAl so, I just got off the phone with both of you all about a prior-authorization of $175 put on my card while buying gas. Both of you say the other is responsible for the ridiculously high hold amount. Amex says the gas station sets it
@MurphyUSA Well, I won’t be getting gas from you all anymore because a $175 credit card hold is absolutely a gross overreach. I understand the hold is released shortly, but what if I were a person who couldn’t afford to have that amount out of reach? It’s the principle.
Murphy USA says the financial institution sets it. I want to know who determined this because never in my whole entire life have I ever had a hold for over 4 times what my car can even hold in gas. I understand the hold is released soon, but it never should have been that high
@MTA@NYCTBus why do you all have a driver who clearly isn’t comfortable driving this M60 bus to LGA? First he had the bot in service sign on and didn’t know it. Then he’s had to turn the bus off multiple times at stops because he didn’t know how to start back up. Bus 5455
@Instacart why do you all say my items will be in a temperature controlled environment when that isn’t true? My ice cream leaked onto the other items. Also, the shopper was listed as a woman but a man delivered my items.
@eatalyusa please have your store associates do better. In your flatiron location and watched two dogs come in that didn’t have service animal markings nor service animal behavior. One sniffed many of the items on his level. Disgusting. This video is from the tail end of it
Nobody helped me at all. I ended up taking the leggings back to Aldi in North Carolina when I flew in. Didn’t feel like hauling a bag of oranges down there so I still need a refund for the incorrect oranges @Instacart@InstacartHelp
@InstacartHelp Hi, I received navel oranges instead of Cara Cara oranges and leggings instead of tights, yet your appeals team thinks that’s acceptable. Who can help me get a refund for these two items?
@InstacartHelp I’m basically just in a loop…order appeals refuses to give me a refund, even with pictures showing the items are incorrect. It’s basically an email account outsourced or automated. You don’t even get to have a real conversation with anyone.
@InstacartHelp hi, my shopper brought me navel oranges instead of Cara Cara and fleece leggings instead of fleece tights, yet your appeals email said they won’t be refunding me. How can I escalate this?
@NYCTSubway the route planner is giving me the following as a plan, but obviously I can’t take the 2/3. It’s not showing me the options with the bus times
