@PulseSportsNG Even Osimhen will soon leave Galatasaray. It's a matter of time! Neither because Gala is a bad club nor the fans don't love him, but because of pedigree attached to the top 5 league, the chances of competing with top rated players in Europe and getting nominated for balloon D'or
@PulseSportsNG With all due respect to Galatasaray as a club and to their fans, Lookman moving to Gala will be seen as downgrade, especially when he's now entering the peak of his career. If you don't play in top 5 league, you will loose reckoning and no place for you in Balloon D'or nomination
@FabrizioRomano Shot himself in the foot. He inherited a good & well drilled squad from Klopp but decided to discard them after winning EPL for him in his first year. Sent away Quansah, Elliott & Tsimikas who are all dependable backups but wasted almost £500m buying players who are just average
@WTroostEkong@alexiwobi@WTroostEkong a true leader doesn't lead protest and bouycut training 2days to an important match, knowing what is at stake for Nigerian! WE KNOW, NFF ARE TERRIBLE but never adopt Sunday Oliseh's protest kind of leadership if you truly want to be remembered as a great captain.
@GHNaijaBallers Ekong needs to be axed from this team. We don't need Oliseh kind of protest captain! AS MUCH AS I DISLIKE NFF WITH PASSION, what I will never support is, holding the country to ransome / sabotage before a crucial game when you could have made this known to the public long time.

@vdmempire Ekong's time in the team should be up. He's becoming "Sunday Oliseh's" kind of captain who always led protest and boycott during tournament until Obasanjo ordered his removal as the captain of the team after AFCON- Mali 2002. NOBODY SUPPORTS NFF'S, but Sabotage is UNPATRIOTIC!!
@vdmempire As the captain, he should have made this known to the FA or NSC or the public after the game against Benin. Why honoring the invitation if you don't want play until you are paid your allowance? Am sure he and most of the players will say different thing if they aren't called-up.
@vdmempire Ekong should be retired. Saying that they may not play the match negates PATRIOTISM expected from a player of his calibre who is conferred with national honors! NOBODY SUPPORTS NFF's INCOMPETENCIES but holding the nation to ransome few days to a make/break WC match is SABOTAGE!
@NOTJUSTOK If there are issues, sort it out before hitting the camp. Let the FA know your stance as the captain & the collective decision of your teammates. But to put up some stunts few days to an important match undermines your CREDIBILITY as the captain, & the PATRIOTISM expected of you!
@NOTJUSTOK He should be ashamed of himself! Holding the country to ransome on the eve of an important match, a ticket to the WC which they were presented through "2nd chance" is nothing but SABOTAGE! Nobody supports NFF's INCOMPETENCE, but sabotaging at this crucial moment is UNPATRIOTIC!!
@drpenking Though am not a fan of NFF, and always irritated by them. BUT these players are just HYPOCRITES! Yesterday, Iwobi made a video that made people to think that was where they were lodged until NFF clarified it. If they loose against Gabon, they will give excuse of unpaid allowances
@drpenking These players are hypocrites simple! Is this the time to put up this kind of stunt when WC ticket is at stake? Why didn't they turn down the call-up in the first place and state that they are still being owed allowances? And some of them will be bitter if they aren't called-up.

@footballontnt@tntsports@discoveryplusUK If it was Lookman that miss the spot kick, another big headline will surface in Bergamo tomorrow. They never appreciate him. Fans thought they were doing him a favor. They will soon find out when he eventually leaves the club. Let's see how Atalanta can win trophies without him.

@DeadlineDayLive We are not worried. It's the coach that should be be worried. He had better alternatives players - Osimhen in particular with much lower price tags but because he won the league in his first season with the squad assembled by Klopp, he thought he has earned the right to spend big
