At a fintech company in Lagos, a few employees in the IT department often share movies and music using personal USB drives during their lunch breaks. It's a casual culture; they see it as harmless fun. One day, Femi, an intern, plugs in his USB drive to copy a new movie he
All my current bug bounty knowledge is gone.
Here's how I get it back and make $100k in the first year:
First, I've got to learn the basics. For this, I will make sure I understand at a high level how the components I'm working with function.
I'll need to understand...
😈 Want to scan a network without getting caught?
Firewalls, IDS, and admins are always watching—but Nmap gives you two sneaky tricks: Decoy Scanning & Spoofed IP Scanning. Which one truly hides your tracks? Let’s break it down! 🚀
1️⃣ Decoy Scanning (-D) 🔥
🔹 How It Works:
🔹 Nmap sends scan packets from multiple fake IP addresses (decoys) alongside your real IP.
🔹 The target’s logs will show scans from multiple IPs, making it hard to pinpoint the real attacker.
🔹 Example:
nmap -D 192.168.1.10,192.168.1.11,ME,192.168.1.12 192.168.1.100
📌 Explanation:
🟢 192.168.1.10, 192.168.1.11, 192.168.1.12 → Fake decoy IPs.
🟢 ME → Your real IP, hidden among the decoys.
🟢 Target (192.168.1.100) sees scans from all these IPs, making attribution difficult.
🔹 Use Cases:
✅ Avoid detection or bans by firewalls & IDS.
✅ Confuse network admins by making the scan look like random traffic.
🔹 Limitations:
❌ If the decoy IPs aren’t real hosts, firewalls may ignore them.
❌ Some IDS/IPS solutions can still detect scan patterns.
2️⃣ Spoofed IP Scanning (-S) 🕵️♂️
🔹 How It Works:
🔹 Nmap fakes the source IP in scan packets, making it look like another machine is scanning.
🔹 The target sees only the spoofed IP, NOT your real one.
🔹 Example:
nmap -S 192.168.1.200 192.168.1.100
📌 Explanation:
🟢 -S 192.168.1.200 → Fakes the source IP as 192.168.1.200.
🟢 Target (192.168.1.100) thinks it’s being scanned by 192.168.1.200, not you.
🔹 Use Cases:
✅ Useful in monitored networks where you need to hide your real IP.
✅ Can be combined with proxies or VPNs for extra anonymity.
🔹 Limitations:
❌ No Response to You – Since replies go to the spoofed IP, you won’t see scan results.
❌ Requires Network Control – You need ARP spoofing or packet redirection to intercept responses.
🛡️ Which One is More Effective?
🔹 Decoy Scanning helps you blend into normal traffic, but IDS may still detect patterns.
🔹 Spoofed IP Scanning makes it look like someone else is attacking, but without controlling the spoofed IP’s network, you won’t get responses.

Compounding builds wealth.
Discipline builds results.
In 1929, Benjamin Graham lost almost everything in the market crash.
Then he developed a formula so powerful, Warren Buffett called him “the smartest man I ever met.”
Here’s Benjamin Graham’s timeless formula for building generational wealth:
Let’s start with the practice:
1. Interoception (17 minutes): Sit quietly, close your eyes, and focus on your breathing and body sensations.
2. Redirect your thoughts when they wander, gently bringing your mind back to the present.
3. This simple exercise reduces attentional blinks, strengthens focus, and improves mental clarity.
Your attention span is non-existent.
99% of people can’t focus because their brains are fried.
Andrew Huberman has a secret 17-minute method that can rewire your brain in just one session.
Here’s exactly how you can do it 🧵:
How to get a $90k job offer in 90 days:

It’s not far fetched.
It’s 4x the unfilled jobs of RNs.
It’s Cybersecurity.
I don’t talk about this but I’m finally willing to share today, ladies LISTEN.
There are men who helped me expecting nothing, e.g all my degrees were gotten on scholarship because I helped a powerful man sort out a small computing issue and a conversation ensued thereafter.
However there were men at different stages of my journey who directly or indirectly pegged helping me, on sleeping with me.
I’m not the most holy person in the world but I knew it wasn’t worth it and I’m glad I turned them down. I repeat, IT’S NOT WORTH IT.
I only remembered this because one of them, just reached out to ask me to mentor someone for him. For the life of me, I don’t know how to respond.
He’s watching me grow in real time, knowing he had the influence to help me 15 years ago and be part of my unfolding story, but chose to keep waving his p*nis at me.
I’ve also learnt that nothing will happen to the people that don’t help you, heck they don’t owe you and God won’t punish them. Pick yourself up and keep putting in the work…something will give!
4. Swiss Francs or other superior currencies
It's shocking to me how uncomfortable the US population is when it comes to using different currency.
Through a ton of marketing efforts, for some reason, they're all convinced the US dollar is the number one currency in strength and value. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case for decades, but the illusion still lives on.
Not only are there plenty of other stronger currencies out there, the US dollar has been one of the most diluted, distributed and neglected currencies of all.
The US has been printing and shipping containers filled with US dollars to the Middle East while maintaining a strategic position there.
Whenever they needed to buy some political force over, they simply printed additional money and flew it over in cargo planes.
When your government is corrupting other governments with cash, maybe it's time to look at other currencies.
Your best 3 options are…
1. The Swiss Franc
They have unpegged their currency from every other currency out there and simply backed it by real assets like gold, land, real estate, raw materials and more.
2. The Euro
And
3. The British Pound
Out of those 3, only the Swiss Franc has made it a priority to tackle inflation by not printing more money.
While the US, Asia and most of Europe are dealing with double-digit inflation, Switzerland has managed to keep it under 1%.
Never bet against the Swiss when it comes to money.

10. Financial Literacy
Having sufficient knowledge of handling your finances is an important asset even if you don't work in a position that involves numbers.
Knowing the effects of your actions on your finances will contribute to you making better decisions.
In business, understanding the performance and potential of your firm may be done by using concepts like cash flow and profitability and effectively presenting financial outcomes depends on your ability to read and understand a balance sheet.
9. Negotiation
Our daily activities involve negotiation in different forms.
Being good at negotiating can contribute immensely to your success and also offer better terms and conditions to work in.
Wielding this asset purposefully, you'll be able to understand the interests of those around you and find profitable ways to satisfy them.
As a business owner, high negotiation skills are a valuable asset that can help to resolve conflict, create value and protect your interests.
Being a skilled negotiator pays well whether you're just starting out in your career or even working up at a senior level.
8. Experience
Life is a continuous learning experience.
And as humans, experience is what we learn from. And while our experiences are a mix of good and bad, they help us to lead more productive lives. Most jobs demand some level of experience and that's why there's an increased popularity of internships.
Experiences make you good at building relationships, relating with different kinds of people and expanding whatever situation you find yourself in properly.
And since you can bring the same expertise and experiences to their businesses, managers appreciate individuals who have a proven track record of accomplishment.
The value of even a brief internship or apprenticeship can't be overstated, since it demonstrates that you've taken the time to learn the skills necessary for this position.
