I was sent an old car with approx 1.34 lakh kms run, with worn our seats, to my surprise I was charged 3800 extra post trip stating damage and an additional 1500 for deep cleaning after paying a high subscription fee and deposit initially. @jagograhakjago pls note

@bmcmumbai Registered complaint on Bmc app, 2 days later it shows no complaint found. The drainage was cleaned 20 days ago and still the silt has not been cleared, also footpath blocked by a parked hand rickshaw.
