@thedeolabee Ah sure providing that was outlined at the start. Some people rely on the social house especially if no family / just moved to city etc. Each to their own. Equally if I wasn’t social id hate to move into a flat where that was the expectation. Communication matters

Breathe in for 5, out for 5, then scale up. In for 6/out 6 etc etc till your max (I get to 12) then scale down same way.

Usually takes me x3 cycles then I’m asleep (unless of course I’m anxious then it fails 🙈)
