@ReOpenChris @GovRonDeSantis The judges guide indicates what the judges that wrote it think the law is. So it matters. A lot.

DeSantis took one word out and didn't fix the real issue. Forced treatments and quarantines and isolations.

Why tolerate that? He didn't fix the core issue.

@ReOpenChris @GovRonDeSantis And the judges guide from 2019 says you can still be force vaccined under code section 381.003 which DeSantis didn't address. So you can't be force vaccined under 381.00315 but maybe you can still be force vaccined under 381.003. Some win!

I've long been concerned about non-technology enhanced discrimination. In the not-to-distant future folks will be able to get computers embedded in them.

Will you still be able to get a job or use most parts of society if you don't accept the "enhancements"?
