@AvantiWestCoast It's not a specific train issue, it's always like this. The train is there, staff are on it, why do passengers have to stand on a cold platform rather than board ? Comfort of passengers and also improving boarding efficiency by getting people on and sorted quicker

@AvantiWestCoast 6.43 Lime St to Euston. I travel this route regularly, the train is always here 20-30mins before departure with staff milling about. I never understand the logic of not letting people board until the last minute.
