🚨Of course there is such a bill—one that would verify citizenship and mandate voter ID for anyone voting in U.S. elections.

It’s called the SAVE America Act, and it has simple-majority support in the Senate.

It doesn’t have 60 votes—yet.

But that doesn’t mean it can’t pass.

It can, with additional work.

We could break the Democrats’ filibuster the old-fashioned way: make them actually speak on the Senate floor, knowing we can “call the question” and pass it at a simple-majority threshold the minute they stop speaking.

We could add pressure by working through weekends and recess weeks as needed, with a public commitment to keep the Senate in session until the bill passes.

Right now Senate Democrats enjoy all the benefits of the filibuster with none of the political cost—and without even having to work for it.

Enforcing a real talking filibuster would change that dynamic overnight.

We could also advance key provisions of the SAVE America Act using budget reconciliation.

Or we could nuke the filibuster.

But doing nothing as Democrats increasingly abuse the filibuster is no longer defensible—especially as evidence continues to mount that hundreds of thousands of noncitizens are registered to vote in U.S. elections.

Criminal in Cerritos (Los Angeles) California steals a truck, stabs himself, then enters through the back of Lucille's BBQ restaurant holding a knife and threatening customers "like Michael Meyers."

A man with a California CCW permit told him stop and he refused. The good guy with a gun then performed an impromptu ballistics test on his torso, ending the threat. The criminal fled but was thankfully found dead outside, saving taxpayers millions of dollars 🎯

For now, he hasn't been criminally charged. HOWEVER, California's laws are so insane that he likely violated "the law" because the BBQ restaurant sells beer 🍺

We’re on the verge of a functional cure for type-1 diabetes.

To make that cure a reality, we need @HHSGov to use its existing authority to acknowledge that pancreatic islet cells are organs—not drugs or biologics—and should be treated as such for regulatory purposes, just as they are in every other civilized country.

I had a good chat with @SecKennedy about this yesterday.

I won’t speak for him, but I’m optimistic that he’ll reach the right conclusion.

This is a really, really big deal.

I’m convinced that, should he make this decision, @SecKennedy will not regret doing so.

To the contrary, he’ll be honored to have played a truly pivotal role in improving the lives of millions of Americans.

A 92-year-old North Carolina man got so bored 2 months into retirement that he applied to work at Chick-fil-A...

...his smile, kindness, and passion for Jesus became so contagious that when he got sick and missed 3 days of work, an ENTIRE TOWN began asking where he was.

His name is Gilbert Martin.

Everybody calls him "Mr. Gil."

Mr. Gil is 92 years old, and works at the Chick-fil-A on Oleander Drive in Wilmington, NC.

He spent decades working in the natural gas industry and when he retired, he greeted people at Sam's Club for 12 MORE years, until they eliminated his position.

Most people would call that a sign to finally rest, but not Mr. Gil!

Two months into retirement, he got bored... so he walked into Chick-fil-A and put in an application.

He was 86 years old at the time.

He's been there ever since.

Not one or two shifts a week either. Monday through Friday.

He says the full schedule gives him more chances to be there for people who need him.

His official job is dining host.
Clean tables.
Clean floors.

But Mr Gil doesn't see it that way... as he describes it, his real job is:

"I get a lot of people that are coming in, just been to the doctor, and got bad news... I'm able to be an encourager; the Lord gave me that."

A 92-year-old man who could be resting at home... chooses to stand in a dining room five days a week... so strangers on the worst day of their lives don't have to be alone.

And Wilmington noticed.

When Mr. Gil caught a cold and missed a couple of days, the owner said he was FLOODED with HUNDREDS of customers who were panicked about him.

Mr. Gil has zero plans to retire.

He says if you ever see him working, come say hi.

"I don't know what 92 is supposed to feel like, but I feel great. Serving others has always brought me joy because I believe that a smile and a kind word can make someone's day a little brighter.”

Goodman, Mississippi hasn't had a municipal police force for over a year due to budget constraints.

There are many municipalities across rural America with no police forces and they're perfectly safe places.

However, "The overall crime rate in Goodman is 40.51 per 1,000 residents in a typical year. Residents generally consider the southeast part of the city the safest. Your chance of being a victim ranges from 1 in 22 in the northeast neighborhoods to 1 in 82 in the southeast" -CrimeRate dot org
