@GEICO I made a claim because I was hit from behind by someone merging into my lane. I called at least 5 times to try and figure this out. NEVER got a return call. Finally I answered some survey “unsatisfactory” enough someone reached out. Thankfully @usaa has better options.
@Budget tried to change a FIRST name on a reservation today to my husband. After 2 very rude customer service agents one claiming to be the “manager” claimed they could cancel and I could rebook (paying a higher rate) it was cancelled and I was charged 50 dollars. You suck.
