What cloud based software are people happy with? We’re currently on Thompson Reuters virtual office using Ultra Tax and FileCabinet and feeling some of the pain of filecabinet being outdated and the lack of compatibility with PDFs. Thinking about moving to gofileroom?

Client w/ 2 family house rents out 1 unit, lives in the other. Mortgage principal is over $750k. How do you divide between A & E because there is no principal limit on E? If rental is 50% if home, do you split the mortgage principal between personal and rental. (Sch A now <$750k)
