The Commemorative Air Force is visiting Martin State Airport today through Wed. Cockpit tours today until 5pm, the next two days 12 to 5pm. At 3pm today the Museum will host a Taps Across America moment with musician Robert Bauerle

On June 6, 7pm, the GLMMAM’s free speaker program presents Museum’s Director of Archives, Stan Piet reviewing the 1960’s Martin Marietta 845A Compass Dwell program,a long-endurance hi-altitude drone surveillance aircraft for use in Vietnam.

Author Erin Miller presents her grandmother's WASP story, from her WWII service through to the challenges of her final resting place at Arlington National Cemetery. Discover the story behind Elaine Harmon's service to her country. Program is free.

Next weekend on Saturday, April 9 brings the return of Open Cockpit Day! Plan to visit to see the inside of Museum aircraft. Special event admission rates of $7 for adults and $5 for children which includes shuttle bus ride to the aircraft. Last bus departs at 1:30pm.

Tomorrow the Museum remembers the women of WWII recognizing National Rosie the Riveter Day from 1 to 3pm. If you have a Rosie in your family please bring her! Do you have Rosie stories to share, come on over & assist with keeping these ladies' stories alive for young generations.
