how to shitpost properly‼️😝

you see in current times, many people still think shitposting is just posting nonsense

it’s not!

the best shitposts have a point buried inside the joke, that’s what makes people retweet it without knowing why.

here are a few things that works..

>say what everyone is thinking but nobody wants to say out loud:

You get a particular thought/funny idea from a post/trend/person, post it! the moment someone reads it and thinks “I literally just thought of this” you’ve already won

>be specific:

“when the market dumps” that line is weak❌

“when the market dumps and your buy signal thread is still pinned” strong and direct✅

>short is almost always better:

to be real everyone knows this; the longer your shitpost the less funny it gets…

1-2 lines is enough, if it’s passed at least 3 you just doing too much…

leave room for people to finish the thought themselves or add reference under cs

>timing matters more than content:

a good shitpost at the wrong moment isn’t a shitpost at all

making relatable shitposts during a:
-market crash
-a controversial tweet
-a trending topic
has the potential to become a banger tweet and do numbers

>most importantly don’t try too hard:

be you, If “you” is unhinge just post man, the ones that perform best are usually the ones that get posted without thinking about them

the minute you start editing a shitpost it stops being one…

oh well, most of us are getting better at our crafts but only a few have mastered it

The crowded trade problem is one of the more counterintuitive risks in markets.

The common assumption is that if a lot of smart people are in the same position, that position is probably correct. The analysis is sound, the thesis is well-constructed, and broad agreement seems like validation. But what crowding actually does is change the exit dynamics entirely.

When everyone is on the same side, the position works until it doesn't, and when it doesn't, the exit is simultaneous. There's nobody to sell to except other holders who are trying to exit for the same reason. The fundamental thesis can be completely right and the position can still produce a painful drawdown purely because the unwind is simultaneous and there's no incremental buyer to absorb it.

The most dangerous trades in crypto are the ones that feel safe because everyone agrees with them. The consensus is often correct on direction and catastrophic on timing, because the consensus getting in is what makes the eventual unwind violent.
