I CANCELLED FLIGHT tickets worth 2.5L INR, in March, and till date, even after 3 months, you guys are FOOLING me for the refund. WHERE THE HELL is MY REFUND?

@ixigo ... Extremely disappointed to still be waiting for my refund against Booking I'd- IF2003065749460, even after a month of cancellation (9th March) and regular follow-ups. The airlines (Srilankan) also confirmed the ticket is cancelled, but IXIGO needs to process the refund.
