Especially in cases where operational delays have occurred, then there is no objection from the passengers it seems to be a deviation from the principles of customer service and basic human rights. Please refund my ticket amount 🙏

@IndiGo6E What stupidity. We can avail another flight from any sector connect to me with any airline why you are not making this type of practice. I will move to court and take all the money from your end. When the boarding gate is open 25 minutes prior to flight then I have right to board

@msrtcofficial This is a crowd at Nagpur ST Bus Stand Passengers waiting for Ramtek Bus. I have already raised this concern through email. I would like to request you please increase the number of buses and frequency in this route. And also do analysis while setting up MSRTC R&D.
