@feelthebyrn1 I suspect this is why I don’t mind the trainer. i can accomplish a lot while spinning aerobically that would otherwise be spent at a desk. I can always tell when I’m going harder…I can’t get anything done!!!🥴
@feelthebyrn1 Great stuff and great review of the past two decades. Always nice to re-read the material that has been part of my guardrails for the professional and athletic adult life.

@BStulberg I wonder how many people tend to achieve their goals without knowing much about these things.
Are they instinctively following this or is this more beneficial to those struggling to achieve their goals?
A good buddy of mine @timstarets just qualified for @IRONMANWorlds. It will be 27 years since he last raced Kona! That is longevity in the sport at a high level. Congrats buddy! @QuadJRanch@Ickes72 @herbertkrabel @jadecosten
Very Inspiring. Couldn’t be more proud of my bro who broke the 3:00 marathon barrier. Few know the focus and dedication he has demonstrated to reach that goal. Way to go, buddy! #beastmode https://t.co/oMyLqJJpvk
I guarantee you Earnie Shavers knocked out 99% of the guys he ever caught flush with his best right cross. Meet the other 1% because Larry Holmes somehow got up from this and beat his ass. Lionheart.
“There are probably some funny photos of me out there pedaling with my sock for a few kilometers,” American Quinn Simmons says of his historic win Sunday.
