Supplements are allowed so the limits of assistance are clearly arbitrary and man made. The best in the world competing. Someone here has advocated for natural bodybuilding, same thing

I cycled in London for 10 years and it was always common knowledge to us from early that left turning vehicles are the main way we die there so to not put ourselves in these positions.
