@bobbibearss u dont have to know everything. I know challengers who dont know every champ and ability. but a way is to go into practice tool. or u will just go into them with time and learn

And also on the basis from what he wrote, they removed cap to make it more grindy, so a fresh account with very few games played cant get rank1
