I booked a cab from Goregaon west to Andheri east..the initial booking amount showed 349/-, but final bill had Rs.120/- added as toll fee which we never had to pay on this route. Ended up paying 481/-. Requested a refund but has not happened till date.

This particular post office is known for not attempting deliveries upon receipt of parcels. The dept has to follow up this behaviour of the staff in that office. They do not update in tracking also. It has been lying there since 11th Dec 2022
