Yeah, they are getting harder and harder to distinguish from real life now. I noticed how the first post I saw, there was a line of darker freckles under the left side of her mouth, but not in any of the other pictures. Then I noticed that every pic had different freckles.🍻

Yeah, no! It’s not a violation of any military protocol for civilian leadership to not salute officers without their cover on, or with it on, for that matter. Civilians are not required to salute anyone, even if they are a veteran!

The man who was not saluted is Fleet Master Chief Lateef Compton, who is enlisted and not a commissioned officer. Enlisted members of the armed forces are not saluted! Additionally, Pete Hegseth, as Secretary of Defense (SecDef / SecWar under the second Trump administration), is a civilian appointee and the civilian head of the Department of Defense/War. He is not in uniform and is not a currently serving commissioned officer (though he is a veteran with prior Army National Guard service as an enlisted soldier and officer).

Military protocol (from regulations like DoD Directive 1344.10, Army AR 600-25, Navy Uniform Regulations, and equivalent Air Force instructions) requires uniformed service members to salute commissioned officers (including warrant officers in some cases) and certain high officials, when their cover is on, but civilians (even high-ranking ones like the SecDef) do not typically return the salute unless they choose to as a courtesy.

This is not rooted in “racism” as you fools believe, it’s rooted in “not being one upped” By President Reagan’s weighty ghost! As it was he who started the new-tradition, of civilian political leaders, and civilian Presidential appointees saluting military officers! But again… only as a courtesy!

Yeah, if someone has zero phone, email, computer, or car in 2026, their biggest problem isn't missing a ballot! Voting rights are so crucial, we can't risk even one American's vote being canceled out by a foreign national slipping through without proper ID. The only logical reason to oppose real ID checks is if you don't mind that risk
