Best example of mismanagement of BEST bus services. Not 2, not 3 but surprisingly 4 double decker buses came at a time at Churchgate station bus stop going towards CSMT. First bus not in video because it left just couple of minutes earlier.

Prior to 2010, in IMD, several admin, managerial & routine scientific work had to be carried out by Gr-A, viz. Met-II, Met-I, Director, DDGM, ADGM.

Who r doing such work since 2010?
R they promoted under MFCS?

UPSC selected Met-II, a plain MSc cadre without percentage criterion and after their joining IMD changed the nomenclature to Scientist-B which is a distinct cadre with 60% marks in essential qualification.
