I hd taken d extnded warranty for my AC frm @cromaretail. During d srvce d service guy did smthng due to whch my AC had a spark & it stoppd wrkng. I raisd a complaint on 22 April, nobdy came for service & they closed d request manually without any resolutn

@cromaretail The issue is ticket was closed within 72 hr so th SLA is not missed and another ticket was opened today, so that SLA starts again for the next 72 hrs. So ideally this is to fool the customers, scamming them to feel that tickets are resolved withjn TaT
