The situation in many Municipal Corporations and Panchayat Samitis in Maharashtra is worrying. Govt schools, sanitation, water supply, and footpaths are all struggling. Unless citizens come together and start fixing things at the community level, it’s hard to see real change. Sadly, that may be the only path forward.
