The US is very generous. Unfortunately, when it comes to enacting Bills to implement concrete actions in Africa, Congress is extremely slow. A good example is Ukraine vs Tigray. Nevertheless, do not give up hope. Keep pushing Congress to do the right thing. Justice will prevail.
