@chilternrailway 0721 from Princes Risborough to Marylebone is standing room only already due to short formation. What a joke of a service you run. All the talk of new rolling stock and, if anything, the service is worse than before.
@chilternrailway Can you tell me how to claim a refund on journeys paid for with contactless payment? Our train from PR this morning (0746) was cancelled and now our train home (1841) is running late and horrifically overcrowded due to the failure of the leading unit.
@chilternrailway I've just been on the phone to @TfL (who were v helpful btw) to process ny refund because there is no option to claim for a National Rail delay online through my TFL account. How is this possible when there is now contactless payment at so many National Rail stations?
@chilternrailway On one of the Mk5 sets for the 0706 from PR to Marylebone. Already full before it has even left. Lord knows what it's going to be like when we get to Beaconsfield. And yet the First Class carriage is completely empty. It's a ridiculous concept; scrap it now!
@AvantiWestCoast What on earth is going on at Wigan North Western? After several hours of delays already we were kicked off the '1907' from Preston and moved onto another already busy train. We were told there has been a points failure but no updates since.

@chilternrailway Thank you, but the point is that I and plenty of others (judging by your replies) have complained about this repeatedly already and nothing has been done. It has been like this ever since it came back into service and needs to be fixed.
@chilternrailway I'm currently on the 0706 from Princes Risborough to Birmingham Moor Street. The unit concerned is the refurbished 168 106. How can it be that after over six months in service the charging sockets on this unit STILL do not work?
@chilternrailway I can't believe that the 0721 from PR to Marylebone is only 3 coaches this morning. How do you expect anyone to fit on such a ridiculously short-formed service?
@chilternrailway How can it be that months after its introduction the power sockets and WiFi on your refurbished unit 168003 STILL do not work? What kind of refurbishment is it that makes the facilities you provide WORSE than they were before?
@chilternrailway I'm currently on your newly refurbished unit 168003 from Princes Risborough to Birmingham Moor Street, and neither the power sockets nor the Wi-Fi are working in my carriage. Not really a great look for a 'new' train.
@chilternrailway Yeah, I know that, but how long will this take to clear? We were told nearly 30 mins ago that police were on site. We've been on this train for over 1 hour and 30 mins and we're still not past West Ruislip. And now no updates at all.
@chilternrailway Do we have an update? 30 mins+ and still stuck at West Ruslip. Where are the police? Why can't we simply run at reduced speed in the affected area?
