ከም መንግስትን ፖለቲካዊ ሓይልን ኣብ ሕፃፅ ንዘሎ ብሓፈሻ ድማ ንተመዛበልትን ስዱዳትን ህዝቢ ምዕራብን ካልኦት ከባብታትን፤ ንኹሉ ውሽጣዊ ዓቕሚ ኣተሓባቢርኩም ብቕልጡፍ ብፅሑሉ! ንማሕበረሰብ ዓለምን ንዲያስፖራ ትግራይን ድምፅኹም ዓው ኣቢልኩም ኣስምዑ! ንዙ ኣብ ባይታ ዘሎ ሓቂ ዓው ኢልኩም ንማሕበረሰብ ዓለም ንምድማፅ፤ ስለምንታይ እዩ ንመራሕቲ ትግራይ ዓቐብ ኮይኑኩም!?

ኣብ ዲያስፖራ እኳ ንቶም ኣብ'ቱ ሕማቕ ግዘ ዘጥረናዮም መሓውራት ማሕበረሰብ ዓለም ድምፅና ከይነስምዕ፤ "ሎሚ ድኣ መንግስቲ ኣለኩም፤ ምስ መንግስትኹም እናተራኸብና መንግስትኹም ከምኡ ዘይበለ፤ ስለምንታይ ንስኹም እዚ ትብሉ" ንብሃል ኣለና:: ብውሽጥን ብደገን ኢኹም ድምፂ ህዝቢ ትግራይ ክዕፈን ገይርኹም::

ንፖለቲካዊ ስልጣኑን ጥቕማጥቕሙን እምበር፤ ንህልውናን ደሕንነትን ህዝቡ ዘየቕድም ፖለቲካዊ ሓይሊ፤ ፅንዓት ዘይብሉ ዘይተረጋግአን ጉዕዞ ዓርሰ ቅትለቱ ዘሳልጥ እዩ! መብዛሕቲኦም ክልሰ-ሓሳባት ፖለቲካውን ማሕበራውን ውዕሊ (political and social contract theories) ከም ዝረዳድኡሉ፤ ሕጋውነት መንግስትን ፖለቲካዊ ስልጣንን ዝፍልፍል፤ መሰረታዊ መሰላትን ረብሓታትን ህዝቢ ካብ ምኽባርን ምርግጋፅን እዩ:: ህዝቢ እዩ ሰረት መንግስትነት::

ስለ'ዙይ ልዕሊ ኩሉ ንረብሓ ህልውናን ደሕንነትን ህዝቢ ምቕዳም፤ ሞራላዊ ግድነት ስለዝኾነ ጥራሕ እንተይኮነስ፤ ንሃለዋትን ቀፃልነትን ሓደ ፖለቲካዊ ሓይልን መሪሕነትን ወሳኒ ስለዝኾነ እዩ::
