Considering how much I respect Patrice Evra, I'm highly disappointed with his take on this Bruno Fernandes issue.

Then, you went ahead to say Bruno doesn't control games and even made a reference to Paul Scholes during the Fergie era.

Let me ask you, was Paul Scholes playing as a 10 during that period? No.

Was one of Paul Scholes’ responsibilities as a number 8 to control the game in a 4-4-2? Yes.

Did Paul Scholes play alongside quality players? Yes.

Was Wayne Rooney our core creative outlet in Fergie's system as a Supporting Striker? Yes. And that's the reason he had more assists than Paul Scholes in his entire career.

Paul Scholes had Carrick.
