@Bob4BeachBalls @FazerSet2 Because he’s a bad person. He’s a racist misogynist that treats everyone around him like something he scraped off the bottom of his shoe. I worked with him. It’s enjoyable watching him get his due.
@JeffK72 Periodically, they load the boards that belong to other agencies in a vehicle and return them. The vast majority of the borrowing happens between the two commercial agencies.
@JeffK72 It’s something that’s been done for decades, by all agencies: commercial, municipal, volunteer, not for profit, or fire department. When they go to the hospital, they need a backboard to go back in service. Sometimes they need to borrow one that doesn’t have their name on it.
@Liz_Wheeler Let’s just hope you survive and don’t have any long term complications from the COVID.
I’d rather have the vaccine than the illness any day.
@Liz_Wheeler Show me the death certificate or a statement from the forensic pathologist that determined her cause of death. Her obituary, written with a heavy anti vaccine slant, is not proof.
@myheartlili@BobLonsberry That is absolutely not the only difference. The unvaccinated, when getting COVID, are much sicker, being admitted to the hospital more, being intubated more, and dying more.
“U.S. officials in Kabul gave the Taliban a list of names of American citizens, green card holders and Afghan allies to grant entry into the militant-controlled outer perimeter of the city’s airport.”
State Dept's Overseas Security Advisory Council said Aug. 14: "Repatriation flights are not free, & passengers will be required to sign a promissory loan agreement & may not be eligible to renew their U.S. passports til the loan is repaid. Cost may be $2,000 or more per person."
