Philosophy and ideas related to the modern world. The idea came from reading “meditations” by Marcus Aurelius and adapting it to modern thought and people.
Anxiety is supposed to guide our thoughts and actions toward a relevant goal. However in modern society- we haven’t been taught how to navigate ideas. We’re told to just listen in class or listen to authority. So our anxiety is wandering just like the rest of our thoughts.

If you feel stuck or that you have been stagnant or ready to make a change in your life the first and most basic step is writing it down. Put the thought or the change you want to see into physical existence.
