@jdemorrow @khnh80044 Parents don' think it through...it's been done since forever in all kinds of ways and not to harm. I think the stepdad narrative was an afterthought. The point was to show that hers was an amazing cool kid toy and "wait until you see your bad a** beast because your a big kid".

@LSUFanInNE @khnh80044 or it was just what parents do to build suspense. Also, it could be to show that she got the little toy & he got the better toy because he is older and they just added the whole step kid love thing after the fact. He could have easily seen his bad a&& gift at the same time.

Pan over to his that's the way better one. My hubs and I have vids like this for our biological kids and we don't post

@givemel40402963 @khnh80044 It's not that deep. Parents do this stuff for all kinds of reasons...to be funny, to make it more special, build suspense. Looks like they gave each their 'exciting moment' instead of at once. Little girl had hers. He had his. Also, what John in the comments said.

The result became this for all three of them at the same time. Hmmmm? That's not coincidence. And yes, I imagine this is mental illness as well.

@Lantenac @FeelYouHappy Not at all. Tethered and guided. She is careful not to walk too fast. She is keeping at a pleasant pace for them all. They all look intrigued with the world around them. They are getting exercise and fresh air. She has remained focused on them to ensure she is not pulling them.

They are tethered together being guided while also getting fresh air and exercise and making the job of the two ladies just a bit easier because if you've watched little ones that age you'd know it's not easy. Work smarter not harder

@FeelYouHappy It's just safety and direction. They are not being dragged. Not being squeezed. The woman is guiding the tether while also facing them with her attention. They are getting exercise and fresh air. Not a single one looks uncomfortable. Just a group of kiddies on a guided stroll.

@FarmGirlCarrie Lived with my grandparents and they were pretty strict so this wasn't allowed but when I managed to convince them....or if I was at a friends then their parents were a go........
