@Mobyhaque1 When you see Anderson/Wharton prices, £50/£60m for Camavinga, Tchouameni, Barela etc looks more inviting. Particularly the experience and proven quality (at the highest level) they come with. Im sorry but £100m+ for potential/best players at mid-level teams is rediculous & risky.

@TaintlessRed Thing I dont get is that kind of money, or even less, also gets PROVEN quality, not just potential. For them prices we could surely get Camavinga, Tchouameni, Barela, Barcola, Leao etc? We started winning trophies only when we started signing proven players, not young/potential.
@Knox_Harrington Theres ALOT to do… is it beyond possibility to reach out to Mo?
One last dance with Ali/Virg. A year for newbies to learn. Bolster team with another experienced head. One less transfer.
If only TAA hadnt ruined things… ticks so many of the above & would have had the keys.
@Mobyhaque1 Man id be testing the water with @MoSalah for his last year - one less position to worry about, spend the money elsewere annnd one last dance for Mo, Virg and Ali…
Get Mo back with a Coach who would use him properly and try go out on a high.
@AnfieldIndex To play our £100m player position?
He cant be back up for that amount.
Plus, would we not be best keeping Harvey as a backup 10 to Flo?… the years Harveys been here we never played with a 10 (his natural position) and he’s been shunted around. Now we are, keep him as back up.
@BenLFC28 We were going up against prime City, beating them on the regular, high 90 points totals and walloping teams in Europe.
Nobody could contain our front three, or not be troubled by the gegenpress.
Even our defense - VVD was that good nobody could drible past him, that stat was MAD.
