This letter in today’s Telegraph, actually written by Emily Wenman, highlights the plight of church musicians all over the country. Please share this as far and wide as you can. -bc
Time for our next Tune in to Tenebrae isolation blog, this week from soprano Emilia Morton. Amongst keeping her little ones amused she's been listening to Count Basie and has also chosen Lobo's Versa est in luctum, a favourite from our Spanish Glories programme
@GWRHelp Thank you, I appreciate that delays happen but I believe the compensation is for the inconvenience of the delay, not the added inconvenience of the draughty, uncomfortable train I have to travel on instead.
@GWRHelp 09.54 Great Malvern to Paddington cancelled due to "shortage of drivers". Of course whereas the 09.54 was an HST with wifi and sockets and a quiet coach upon which I had booked a seat, the 10.59 is a noisy, bumpy, cold 180. The lottery of this is a disgrace.
