پرائیوٹ بل تھا جس میں سی پیک اور گوادر کا نام استعمال ہوا ہے جس کے کمرشل مقاصد تھے لیکن قومی اسمبلی کے ممبران کو بنا سوچے سمجھے اس طرح کے بل منظور نہیں کرنے چاہیے جس سےحق تلفی کے تاثر ابھرے۔ جہاں تک گوادر یونیورسٹی کا تعلق ہےاس سال 2.5 ارب روپے کی لاگت کا پراجیکٹ منظور ہوا ہے۔
