@Lyft has by far the worst customer service! Their representatives hang up on you when you ask them to recalculate your rates… I am also told something different EVERY TIME I call them! They have been shaving $2-$3 off of each my rides and do not want to rectify the issue!!

@earnin I supposedly chatted with 3 managers and the last one just ended the chat which is equivalent to hanging up on me.

I was also told when a payment fails they try it on the next payday. Nah they just randomly debited it again today! Likely causing another overdraft!

@earnin They also penalize me by lowering my max loan amount and was refusing g to adjust it even after I provided the required documentation. I asked for a manager then all of a sudden they were able to adjust my max loan amount. It was going to be reviewed in 2 days anyway…

This company is a JOKE! They admittedly took my payment out on the wrong date causing an overdraft! Gave all kinds of apologies and “I would be upset if this happened to me.”
Yet… we won’t be able to refund your overdraft fee!😡
