@wmata Friendship Heights,this morning it was not a lot of signs directing customers to shuttle buses leaving the station entrances. It could be better now but it was so many people waiting for buses I couldn’t see the signs on the ground, heading home. Also the brown is hard to read.

@wmata I hope the commute tomorrow will be better as the signage was lacking this morning on directing customers to the shuttle buses. Also a note the brown text on the white paper (looks like ivory paper in the dark station) is hard to read, black would be a lot clearer to read.

I’m beyond frustrated with @SouthwestAir. My flight was delayed three times, so I didn’t go to the airport, only for them to move it back to the original time minutes before boarding. I missed the flight, and they said there’s “nothing they can do.” Absolutely unacceptable.

@BWIairport does the shuttle still run from the train station it’s like 40 people here and we have been waiting for over 25 minutes.

@iamn0tthe1 @andreharris89 They did upgrade, there are many articles out there about this church. “The signs have gotten so much attention that the church bought an updated sign in 2021.”

@Target is the worst about honoring their sale signs. Why did I buy dog treats that were listed behind the sale sign for the store to say they don’t qualify but the sign never said select or anything. Target has become just like Walmart not caring about fixing their mistakes.

@wmata Why aren’t they dots and the name on the same side as you wouldn’t see both walking up to the pylon depending on the direction.

@SouthwestAir fails again this year! How is the bag drop line longer than the TSA line, poor planning and these bag drop lines could be set up better, I’m missing my flight. @BWIairport #BWI #poorplanning

@SouthwestAir I was here early that’s the problem, the logistics set up is horrible and very confusing for customers trying to check bags, get help and print bag tags. This could have been better organized, it’s not your first holiday season.

@BWIairport some feedback about the logistics this morning, it is horrible and unorganized, it’s like the airport just realized that they would be busy this morning. Stanchions should have been set up and organized not us weaving in and out around d people and poles. #fail
