I have a balance of 300+ in my prepaid meter account but all of sudden it starts showing ₹ -1300, when i complain to the nearest Power corporation office he said you have pay. But why? I always paid all my bills on time. Please help

@AxisBank @AxisBankSupport why do you select @delhivery @help_delhivery as your logistics partner, they neither contact the customer nor delivered the card. They are such a poor and stupid logistics partner. Unable to deliver the card and didn't contact at all.
